I really enjoyed this read! I have The Body Keeps the Score and Quiet. Haven't finished them yet. I've added the others to my endless To Be Read list!

Great suggestions. I've read "Quiet" and seen "Flow" and "The Body Keeps The Score" in shops. I quite fancy "The Body keeps the score now" after reading your little summary. Seems right up my street. I've read all of these except the first and the last - but I took a great online positive psychology course that had Angela Duckworth teach a lecture on grit! Great list. I'll have to check out Grit and The Marshmallow Test
